Self-love is about uncovering all them layers, not just the top ones, the deep under layers to find out why we think and feel the way we do, and how we can use this to improve our wellness. This is a journey, it can be scary to look back at our childhoods and realise that’s why we struggle to give ourselves self-love but we are here to coach you through this.
